1. Scope of License

SYRA Data is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) compliance intelligence platform provided by BCBUZZ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Access is granted on a subscription or trial basis, subject to the limits and features defined by your selected pricing tier. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal business operations.

2. Account Registration

To use SYRA Data, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree that you will:

Only initiate scans on domains, applications, or infrastructure that you own or have explicit authorization to audit.
Not use the platform to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SYRA Data platform or its scanning engines.
Not resell or sublicense the platform without express written consent from BCBUZZ Technologies.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the SYRA Data platform, including its algorithms, rule engines, reports, and UI/UX designs, are and will remain the exclusive property of BCBUZZ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCBUZZ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai / Bengaluru, India.
